  • MCA will arrange an interview via Skype or Zoom

  • Following the interview MCA offer a trial period, when your assistant can complete some tasks.

  • A No Lock in contract will be provided at the end of the trial period.

  • MCA will organise the required documents to engage the assistant, contract, payroll etc..

  • MCA co-ordinate any training required.
